Two hundred hectares of organic Tuscan countryside, managed by Martina and Alberta Sassetti for approximately fifteen years. The early nineteenth-century farmhouse has been divided into ten apartments, one accessible to guests with disabilities: living room with kitchenette, one or two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, and rustic furnishings. Energy comes from a wood chip boiler and a 50 kw photovoltaic system: the farm is self-sufficient and carbon neutral.

Grey pigs are raised in the woodland, from which cured meats are produced; the farm also makes honey, jams, extra virgin olive oil and wine, sold online according to the season. The restaurant, created from the old stable, serves homemade pasta and desserts. The agritourism organizes workshops for schools and welcomes dogs, with forest trails and an affiliated dog training center.
