The menu

The restaurant offers a complete dinner at a fixed menu of typical local dishes, made according to tradition, using almost exclusively organic raw materials from our farm. All the pasta served is made with our organic flour from ancient grains, the meats are from our free-range livestock where the Maremmana cow lives free following its natural cycles. Hand-made pici with wild boar ragù, tagliatelle with vegetables, stew, roasted piglet, but our vegetable garden also provides us with much, which allows us to also serve fresh and genuine dishes, making the menu suitable for vegetarians too (upon request).
