The farm was established in 2006 in Stiava, in the foothills between the Versilia coast and the Apuan Alps. They cultivate vineyards, centuries-old olive trees, fruit plants and vegetables; they produce oil and wine and raise Amiata donkeys, free to graze in the olive grove. The property includes a terraced olive grove, a vineyard and a pine, holm oak and chestnut forest, on clay soil.
Since 2012, guests sleep in four vintage caravans of Gypsy and circus origin, restored and renovated over time. They are nestled among the olives, surrounded by birdsong and cicadas, with views of the sea. Also for sale: cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, red and rosé wine, jams, seasonal fruit and vegetables, fresh eggs. Open from April to October.
