On the first and second floor: there are eleven rooms available, all endowed with air conditioning, mini-bar, safety cassette, TV color. There are two Superior Suites, divided by a beautiful living room, equipped with dial-up Internet access, TV LCD, satellite Vhs plant and DVD; five Junior Suites, finely decorated, spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower, color TV, air conditioning, minibar, safety cassette; four Superior Rooms, very comfortable with private bathroom with bathtub or shower, air conditioning, TV color, refrigerator, safety cassette.

Services Country House

On the main floor the café, available for our guests for any moments of relax, to sip a good coffee or to taste some excellent wines, produced at Saiagricola farms. From the café, it’s possible to pass directly to the dining room, where tasting typical Tuscan specialities, such as pici, the panzanella, pappa al pomodoro. Always on the same floor of the dining room and of the café, there’s the “cantinetta”, a small wine-shop where wines from all Saiagricola farms are shown, and where it is possible to purchase theme. You can also organize wine cellar tours of the Fattoria del Cerro, wine tastings and tours in other Saiagricola farms. Surroundings (Montepulciano)

Outside, getting lost in an evocative and bewitching panorama, a large gazebo, under which pausing to admire what is around. Not far from the Villa, surroundend by a luxuriant olive grove, the beautiful swimming pool with Jacuzzi (15/05 to 15/09) in the middle of countryside, fields, olive groves, woods and a lot of peace.
