The restaurant at Farm-house Pietraposa

They call it a restaurant, but it remains a family-run agritourism: Sara and Paolo are in the kitchen. The menu is fixed and changes every evening, depending on what's available in the synergistic garden and the farm's fields—47 hectares of cereals, olive groves, orchards, and woodland. The oil is produced on-site. For everything else, vegetables, fruit, and products come from local farms, carefully selected from organic producers. Upon request, they prepare vegan or vegetarian menus. Dishes of Tuscan tradition, no printed menu, no choices: you eat what the season brings to the table that day.
