The restaurant at Farm-house Relais Il Cantico Della Natura

The restaurant is called DE TERRA VITA and is located within the 26-hectare estate of Cantico della Natura, in Montesprello di Magione. Once a convent, then a rural village, the restoration has followed bioconstruction principles, preserving the original stones and materials of the building. From the dining room windows, you can see the centuries-old olive grove that surrounds the structure, one of the oldest in Umbria, and beyond it the tall forests of the estate. Lake Trasimeno remains in the background, visible from the higher points of the property. The kitchen celebrates Km 0 flavors, with olive oil sourced from the estate's own olive grove, in keeping with the organic approach that guides the entire resort. A dining room that tells the story of this place even before the menu, among stone, wood and the Umbrian countryside that reaches right to your table.
