All methods of farming used and carefully selected seasonal produce are organic. Nidodelfalcone offers holiday accomodation in the countryside and chance to experience simple living and its authentic value ,in person. Unforgetable excursions to tiny romantic villages and hamlets - on foot, by bicycle, in a carriage or on horseback. There is also a riding school where you can improve your riding skills or follow novice classic classes. In Umbria, in the hills that meet up with Tuscany, between Monteleone d’Orvieto and Città della Pieve, close to Cetona, San Casciano de Bagni, Orvieto, the the bird sancuary of Alviano and Montepulciano and the Etruscan town of Chiusi. Nidodelfalcone (The Falcons Nest) is within easy reach of the A1 motorway and the major trunk roads of central Italy, and with the mainline station of Chiusi nearby, Rome and Florence are both easily accessable in little more than an hour.
