Farm house, situated in the green heart of umbria etrusca in San venanzo countryside, at the crossroads between Todi, Orvieto and Perugia, not far from Terni and Marmore falls within an estate of 400 ha.The resort is composed by two stone' houses completely restored, salted water swimming pools, We have 6 apartments (studios, apartments and houses) and 1 suite, equipped with tv, telephone, mini-bar, kitchenette, fireplace, some with private terraces and loft, The pool area has two pools, one for children and one for adults, bar, changing rooms, solarium. The restaurant is surrounded by a large verandah, to enjoy the meals in summer. Our restaurant Hosteria Mattta , is located in the main building of our resort. We only serve set menu, in order to cook only fresh ingredients according to the season. For us cooking is an expression of joy and is our way to share the love for our region with our guests. At the end of the meal, every guest become a friend!
