At Olmi di San Biagio di Callalta, in a beautifully restored farmhouse, Vinile serves Venetian cuisine with an eye for design. Open Wednesday to Sunday, closed Monday and Tuesday. The lemon balm for the Carnaroli risotto with prosecco comes from the garden behind the house; other ingredients follow the seasons. On the menu: Fassona tartare with rosemary focaccia, Vinile caprese with fried gnocchi, potato gnocchi with light pesto, duck confit with summer caponata, beef tagliata with Parmesan fondue. Among desserts, the house tiramisu and a glass cheesecake with seared peaches.

Each of the dining rooms has its own character: you can dine in an intimate setting or organize a celebration. Ample parking is available. During Taste of Vinile evenings, the menu changes, wines come from Venetian wineries, and dinner concludes with live music or a DJ.
