The restaurant at Farm-house Le Rocher Fleurì

The restaurant is managed by the owner and offers a menu composed almost exclusively of products from the farm, therefore it varies depending on the season and period. Meals are prepared with top quality raw materials, very fresh zero km products form the basis of all meals, starting from freshly milked milk, fresh daily yogurt, to aged alpine cheeses and homemade cured meats. Everything possible is done on the farm, excellent special breads such as rye with raisins and walnuts and our cured meats stand out, including the lard in brine, the boudin and the mocetta. Raw materials that we do not produce are nonetheless sourced from small producers in the surrounding area to ensure maximum freshness and authenticity of the product.
