The restaurant at Farm-house Ristoro Lo Dzerby

At Ristoro Agrituristico Lo Dzerby in Machaby, you eat as you would with family, enjoying the farm's own products. Open from May to October, the restaurant offers a fixed menu at honest prices: you'll start with warm bread and house-cured meats – salame, salame di lardo and potatoes, lardo – followed by chestnuts boiled in butter and traditional Aosta Valley dishes. Everything that reaches your table comes from the farm: potatoes grown here, chestnuts, rye, corn, and locally raised rabbits and pigs. The wines are naturally from their own vineyard production. The structure is located in Machaby, reachable by a pleasant 900-meter walk among chestnut and birch trees. It is managed by Sylvie and Fabrizio, who continue the work begun by their parents in 1978. Here you will find simplicity, honest prices, and the authentic taste of the Aosta Valley.
