Tables are scattered among the vineyard rows, others on a terrace overlooking the Gulf of Trieste. This is the osmiza founded in 2007 by Dean Verginella, who decided to sell the wine from his grandfather Angelo's vineyards, planted since 1954, rather than give it away or discard it as was done before. You can enjoy the white wine, a blend of Malvasia with Sauvignon, Friuliano, Glera and Vitovska, or the red made from Merlot, Cabernet and Refosco. In addition to house wine, there are bottled selections: pure Malvasia and Kamelot, a blend of Merlot, Refosco and Cabernet. The table is also graced with oil made from the farm's Bianchera olives. It's best to reserve a table.
