Milk freshly drawn from the stable and cereals from the family fields end up on the table, in the restaurant created in 2003 from the original agricultural buildings. The cuisine is Mantuan, hearty dishes, no experimentation. There is a dining room for dinners and celebrations. Guests staying several days can visit the stable to watch the milking and enjoy homemade yogurt at breakfast. Outside, a play area for children with animals to observe up close. The family has been raising dairy cows for Grana Padano since 1973: in the kitchen, what matters most is what is born in the surrounding fields.
