Restaurant La Cascina

The Personeni family has run La Cascina for four generations: meat, cured meats and cheeses come from their own stables, vegetables from their own garden. The menu is fixed-price and changes weekly, following recipes passed down from grandmother to grandmother.

The signature dish is casoncelli alla bergamasca, homemade with a filling of their own meat and cured meats. On the table you'll also find risottos, salamella with polenta, roasts and grilled beef. All cheeses and cold cuts are from the farm.

You can eat under the portico or in the dining room. Service is straightforward, without fuss: you can see that behind it all is a real working farm, not a staged setting. Those who wish can also book a table for special occasions, with a dedicated menu.
