The Paleari Henssler family has worked this land since 1939, four generations one after another. Barn, fields, kitchen: the same hands, every day. The restaurant occupies an old farmhouse, with a wood stove in winter and an open courtyard in summer, overlooking pastures and the barn. The table is graced with cheeses from the on-site dairy, vegetables from the garden, and meats from the farm itself. Next to the restaurant is the equestrian center: Ludovica, a federally certified instructor, offers individual and group lessons for first-time riders and competitive riders alike. During summer, pony weeks for children are organized. There is also a shop selling the farm's products. Above the restaurant, a hall hosts weddings, christenings, communions, confirmations, birthdays, corporate dinners and bachelorette parties: the menu is created together, custom-tailored to each event.
