We are the Paleari Henssler family, here for four generations. Since 1939, we have practiced agriculture the way it used to be done: we work in the stalls, in the fields, and in the kitchen with our hands and our hearts. And we have always cared for hospitality, because every person who arrives at our door should feel at home.
Our restaurant is simple, like old country houses. In summer you dine in the courtyard with views of the pastures and the stables. We cook with what we produce: cheeses from our dairy, our own meats, vegetables from the garden. There is nothing strange or complicated, just good food, made well. Next to the restaurant is the riding school with equestrian lessons, the shop with our products, and animals roaming the courtyards. If you are looking for a space for events—weddings, birthdays, group gatherings—we have a customizable hall above the restaurant. Come whenever you like: here every day is a celebration.
