At the Cascina Veja restaurant, the cuisine follows the rhythm of the seasons. Every day the menu changes based on what the vegetable garden and greenhouses produce, because here the rhythms of nature are in command. Dishes feature true Piedmontese countryside cuisine, the traditional kind, prepared with dedication using only km zero ingredients: fresh vegetables, local meats and cheeses, all strictly organic. The dishes retrace the recipes of old, those of our grandparents, without frills. Dinner is also open to external guests with a few tables available.
