The restaurant has a maximum capacity of 50 covers. Particular attention is devoted to the kitchen in which typical Piedmontese dishes are mainly prepared and in which products from zero kilometers of direct production from the farm or purchased from quality local producers are used. Traditional Piedmontese cuisine derives from the French one, especially with regard to appetizers which are numerous and varied. Among them we mention carne cruda alla piemontese, vitello tonnato, peperoni, insalata russa, frittate, etc. First courses consist mainly of agnolotti and gnocchi strictly produced in house and accompanied by various toppings. Homemade tagliatelle and polenta are also products of our local cuisine. Among the second courses we mention the fritto misto piemontese, bolliti misti and roasts. There are also numerous traditional desserts.
