Restaurant Biorussi

In the kitchen is nonna Marì, who commands the stoves at agriturismo Biorussi, nestled among the olive groves of the Carpino plain, just a stone's throw from Lake Varano. The dishes are born from the farm's own produce: strascinati di grano arso with cacioricotta, orecchiette with pecorino and guanciale, fresh fava beans. The table is also graced with organic extra virgin olive oil produced on the estate. Maria Giulia and Domenico, the two siblings who have carried on the family business since 2006, oversee the service. The food is simple, at honest prices.
