We are Maria Giulia and Domenico, and here at Biorussi we continue what our great-grandparents began in 1907: cultivating olives and living off the land, as it should be done. The agritourism was born naturally, at the heart of the olive grove, to share this experience with those who come to us. We produce organic extra virgin olive oil, and everything we put on the table comes from here, from the Carpino plain. Grandmother Marì still cooks with us, and you can taste the flavors she has taught to the whole family. In the Gargano National Park, among the olive trees and overlooking Lake Varano, you will find simple and honest cuisine, made with our ingredients and from people who know their craft. We are not trying to be something we are not: we are a family that works in the countryside and welcomes those who want to stay with us, eat well, and understand how good oil is made. Come visit us.
