Our Agriturismo Restaurant In our agriturismo restaurant we offer authentic traditional Puglian cuisine, prepared daily by the owner with genuine and seasonal ingredients. The recipes are those of yesteryear: fresh pasta made by hand, rustic bread and focaccias, second courses from peasant cooking and typical desserts. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming, surrounded by greenery, perfect for those who want to rediscover the authentic flavors of Puglia and experience something simple and sincere.

The menu

A path of genuine flavors, with:
seasonal vegetables grilled or marinated,
soft focaccia just out of the oven,
local cheeses and ricotta,
typical Puglian cured meats,
bruschettes with extra virgin olive oil and cherry tomatoes from the garden.

Fresh pasta is the protagonist of the table:
hand-made orecchiette with turnip greens,
or
cavatelli with fresh tomato sauce and basil.

A dish from peasant cuisine, rich in tradition:
meat on the grill with aromatic herbs,
