Masseria Ospitale represents one of the typical rural settlements of the Salento area, used since the early nineteenth century as a place of settlement and gathering for people, with the purpose of producing through fieldwork the goods necessary for the sustenance of the residents. The territorial context in which the estate is located is of considerable environmental, natural and landscape importance, thanks to the presence nearby of protected areas (Rauccio, Le Cesine) and centres of cultural interest and particular architectural value (Lecce and its Baroque). Standard rooms, quadruple rooms and suites are available to guests. Our kitchen makes use of a wide and original variety of dishes that vary according to the seasonality of the raw materials offered by our organic farming. The flavours of our land are thus combined with a cuisine that, while being alternative, does not forget its origins.
