The restaurant at Farm-house Aia Di San Giorgio

The menu changes with the seasons and features what comes from the vegetable garden and local small producers: extra virgin olive oil, vegetables, cheeses, selected meats, and herbs picked the same day. In summer, you dine among the olive trees, in the open air.

Among the appetizers are homemade preserves, gratinéed vegetables, focaccias, and small fried delicacies. The first courses feature hand-rolled pastas, country sauces, legumes, and ancient grains. For the main course, grilled or pan-cooked meat and seasonal vegetables; among the side dishes are crisp salads, baked potatoes, and tomatoes and onions in sweet and sour sauce. To finish, a crostata with homemade jams, spoon cream, or the cake of the day.

The wine list focuses on Puglian labels: white and rosé wines for summer, fuller-bodied reds for the grill.

Bread and focaccias are made fresh on-site, the oil is produced by the property. The pantry also stocks pickled vegetables and jams, available for purchase when in stock.

For children, high chairs and reduced portions are provided. Food intolerances or dietary preferences should be noted at the time of booking: recipes are happily adapted.

The restaurant is open mainly for dinner, by reservation. For groups and special occasions, dedicated menus are prepared, with outdoor tables in the fine season.
