The restaurant at Farm-house Is Scalas

At Sa Serra, the kitchen of Is Scalas uses vegetables from the farm's own garden along with cheeses and meats from local supply chains. On Sundays, the menu is fixed and meat-based: six appetizers, two first courses, two main courses with side dishes, Sardinian desserts, coffee and digestif. Water and wine are included in the price, packaged beverages are charged separately. From Tuesday to Saturday the restaurant opens in the evening, also welcoming guests not staying at the property, by reservation. Monday is closed. Among the dishes is "Sa Panada", prepared with farm-produced ingredients. The indoor dining rooms and outdoor spaces host business dinners, weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and private poolside celebrations. Guests can combine dinner with a visit to the agritourism's educational farm or the mask museum, both easily accessible from the property.
