In the green surroundings of Sa Serra, in Assemini, the restaurant of Agriturismo Is Scalas brings authentic Sardinia to the table. Our recipes are born from the products of our farm and local supply chains: vegetables from the garden, cheeses, selected meats and extra virgin olive oil accompany a seasonal cuisine, generous and genuine, designed for family lunches, dinners among friends and special events. On Sundays we offer a fixed meat menu that tells tradition: 6 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 second courses with side dishes, Sardinian sweets, coffee and amaro. Water and wine are included; packaged soft drinks are available as extras. From Tuesday to Saturday we are open in the evening and also welcome external guests by reservation; on Monday the restaurant is closed.
