If you love tasting genuine food prepared with skill, in a purely natural setting where the air is pristine and tranquility reigns supreme, agriturismo F. lli Muzzu is the ideal place for you. Everything served at the table is strictly produced by the agriturismo company. The menu begins with a sequence of delicious appetizers, starting with cold cuts such as pancetta, prosciutto crudo, salsiccia and coppa, then moving on to mushrooms and various seasonal vegetables, enriched by the distinctive flavor of wild mint. The first courses include Gallurese soup, made with layers of bread and cheese soaked in sheep broth and then baked in the oven, ricotta ravioli with beets and gnocchetti. The main courses offer wood-fired meat dishes, seada of cheese or ricotta served with hot honey. The various courses can be paired with pure spring water and house wines, Cannonau and Vermentino. Of course, the meal cannot be considered complete without first tasting typical local artisanal desserts, accompanied by house liqueurs. The interior rooms of the facility are fully air-conditioned to guarantee guests maximum comfort.
