I lived in Milan until 1999, and then the Podere became my home. This is where my children are growing up. I love sunsets over the sea, the beach in winter, fireflies, and the scents and colours of the countryside. Sharing all of this with my guests is my greatest joy!

Five types of apartments, from a 31 square meter studio to a superior suite with sea view spanning 80 square meters, all in San Vincenzo, nestled between the hills and beaches of the Tuscan coast. Podere L'Agave is an organic farm: the vegetable garden produces what arrives at breakfast, along with oil from the property's olive trees and homemade jams. There are also farm animals, perfect for travelers with curious children eager to meet them.
The apartments differ in position and view. Alpan, on the mezzanine, and Losna, on the first floor, both overlook the sea and sunset, and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. Vicare is on the ground floor, with the same view and capacity. Turan has a single bedroom, between 45 and 55 square meters, with views of either the hills or the sea depending on the unit. Feronia, the smallest studio, faces the hills from the ground floor and welcomes two adults and one child.
Breakfast is buffet-style, featuring fresh produce from the garden and local producers, fresh eggs and homemade jams, served in the garden or gazebo. During the day, coffee, pastries, gelato and beverages are available; upon request, also vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free dishes. At sunset, aperitivo with local specialties and seasonal products, with a sea view.
There are two swimming pools and two hot tubs, and a gym open all day, usable both indoors and outdoors among the garden and olive trees. The gazebo with sea view is perfect for yoga or meditation. Around it, hiking trails, open green spaces and a play area for the youngest. Guests traveling with dogs can contact the property directly to find the most suitable arrangement.
From Podere L’Agave, you can discover the very best of the Etruscan Coast, a land where sea, nature, history and traditions come together. In addition to the beaches of San Vincenzo, you can explore the Rimigliano Coastal Park, the long sandy beaches of Sterpaia Coastal Park, and the beautiful Gulf of Baratti, nestled between the sea and the surrounding hills.
History lovers shouldn’t miss the Archaeological Park of Baratti and Populonia, home to ancient Etruscan necropolises overlooking the gulf, and the San Silvestro Archaeological Mining Park, just beyond Campiglia Marittima, where mines, tunnels and the medieval Rocca of San Silvestro tell the story of the area’s mining heritage.
Inland, you can wander through the charming medieval villages of Campiglia Marittima, Suvereto, Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri, relax at the thermal baths of Venturina and Sassetta, and follow the Etruscan Coast Wine Road, exploring vineyards, wineries and renowned wines such as those from Bolgheri.
