Escaia Agriturismo – Embraced by Nature Escaia is an organic farm close to Volterra, nestled among rolling hills and woodlands of rural Tuscany. We strive for a sustainable life, implementing slow changes in the right direction. From March through October, we welcome guests in our rustic apartments, housed in the original stone farm buildings. What we offer for a restorative stay: Eat: cook in your apartment, dine locally, or when the season is right, join us for dinner on the farm during summer months when the garden yields abundantly. Sleep: cool cotton sheets, tranquil nights under starry skies, the calming sounds of nature and the countryside. Movement: roam the woods, walk along streams, swim in the pool, hike nearby, or simply rest as you wish. Seasons: wild asparagus in spring; garden vegetables in summer; mushrooms in autumn; olives in winter—living with the cycles of nature.
