The restaurant of Acetaia La Vedetta is the place where home-style Emilian cuisine meets genuine products from the farm. The menu follows the seasons and the rhythm of the countryside: fresh pasta rolled with a rolling pin, slow sauces, second courses of selected meat and vegetables from the garden, with dishes that showcase the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP produced in the acetaia. The offer changes often to respect what the land offers, but the great Modenese classics are never missing, prepared with family recipes and simple, authentic care. Completing the experience are wines of our own production – including a much-appreciated Rosé Brut – perfect for accompanying lunch or dinner with a view of the hills and vineyards that surround the house.
