In Pavia di Udine, the barn has recently been renovated: larger spaces and a milking robot for Italian red and white pied cattle, fed exclusively with hay and organic forage produced on the farm. For over twenty years, the family managing La Fattoria di Pavia has brought to the table traditional Friulian dishes prepared with what they grow and raise: vegetables, meat, wine. The shop next to the restaurant offers only their own products, nothing purchased elsewhere. Ice cream is made fresh every day with milk milked right there, in the internal agri-ice cream parlor. Among the animals and vineyards, there is also Fattoreffe, an after-work aperitif designed for those who want to experience the farm outside meal times. There is also an educational farm activity.
