The gastronomic experience is based on outstanding traditional cuisine, prepared with zero-kilometre ingredients sourced directly from the farm's own crops.

Restaurant-only business: it does not offer accommodation, so the Italian National Identification Code (CIN), required only for accommodation facilities, is not needed.
At the table arrive the meat from the red and white cattle raised on the farm, cured meats, cheeses and vegetables from the vegetable garden: everything produced here, just steps away from the dining room. The kitchen follows Friuli tradition, without too many variations on the theme. The cows, fed with hay and organic fodder from the farm, are milked with a robot installed after the barn renovation.
Before or after lunch, you can walk among the vineyards and animals: the agricultural farm is right there, visible, not just a backdrop. The cured meats and cheeses board remains the dish to order, accompanied by wines produced in-house. The gelato is made fresh every day with milk from their own cows.
In summer you may find a few more flies than expected. The farm has managed the agritourism for over twenty years, along with a shop and an ice cream parlor.
