Warm bread and savory pies of the day open the meal; followed by handmade fresh pasta, vegetables handled with respect and slowly cooked meats, according to tradition. Desserts change with the calendar and favor local fruit and honey. The wine list focuses on local labels: fragrant whites, Mediterranean rosés and reds with good structure, chosen to accompany without overpowering.
