Mennuli & Alivi cultivates eight hectares in the hills of Val di Noto: pizzuta and fascionello almonds, moresca and nocellara dell'Etna olives, figs, oranges, pomegranates and carob trees. The farm produces oil and pasta from Sicilian grains using organic methods. Three cottages surrounded by greenery offer rooms with access to a swimming pool. From here you can see the Noto valley, just a few kilometers from Noto with its Baroque architecture. The sea breeze refreshes the eight hectares throughout the year.
The structure was born from a desire to restore the bond between those who cultivate and the land. Those who manage the farm chose to return to Sicily to defend this natural ecosystem through agricultural practice and sustainable hospitality. The crops are selected to enhance their properties: each fruit and each oil has a specific quality that the processing respects.
