In Albinia, a hamlet of Orbetello, the farm produces its own DOC La Parrina wines, extra virgin olive oil, organic cheeses, fresh fruit, seasonal vegetables, honey and preserves. You can stay in the Dimora, choosing between rooms, apartments and farmhouses carved out of the estate's historic buildings. Outside your window stretch vineyards, olive groves and the cultivated fields of the agricultural enterprise.
The restaurant features dining rooms and a spacious veranda: the chef works exclusively with what comes from the farm's land, following traditional Maremma and Tuscan cuisine. In the cellar, DOC La Parrina wine is produced and tasted.
At the Bottega, within the estate, you'll find all the farm's products: buy them on site or order from home with home delivery or shop pickup. The estate also includes a cheese dairy, plant nursery and vegetable garden, where work still follows the ancestral gestures of milking and olive pressing passed down through generations.
