The cuisine of Restaurant "Stallato" Il Filo di Paglia boasts the craftsmanship of Chef Marco Azaghi, a restaurateur for over 30 years, with successful experiences in the kitchens of the Gulf of Tigullio. His cuisine is now based largely on ingredients sourced from his family business: -Cheeses made from raw milk of Cabannina cattle (Slow Food Presidium); -Beef meats and cured meats from Cabannini steers; -Organic herbs and vegetables. Ligurian and Mediterranean cuisine is thus enriched with flavors that only the highest quality raw materials can provide. The wine cellar is curated by his son Sergio, a passionate enthusiast of natural wines, who will advise you on some of the best regional labels or equally excellent national and international natural proposals. The location is immersed in greenery: you will have the chance to enjoy a romantic dinner inside the charming straw house or on the veranda, with views overlooking the valley woods.
