Five hundred hectares between Noci and Mottola, on the Murgia tarantina plateau: here Masseria Colombo raises seven hundred head of Podolica cattle. The apartments are trulli restored according to their original architecture, nestled among oak forests, lentisk shrubland and the dry stone walls that divide the wheat fields. The masseria produces ricotta, caciocavallo and mozzarelle made from its own milk. The cuisine follows traditional Puglian recipes. All around, only countryside: no signs, no street noise.
