Among the trulli and countryside of the Taranto Murgia, the restaurant at Masseria Colombo tells the most authentic Puglia with short supply chain cuisine. On the menu you'll find hand-made pasta, Podolica beef raised on the farm, cheeses and ricotta from our dairy, vegetables from the garden and extra virgin olive oils from the territory. Seasonal appetizers, orecchiette rolled by hand, grilled main courses and traditional desserts close a simple and carefully crafted journey, always linked to the agricultural calendar. The stone dining room and outdoor spaces overlooking the fields make a family lunch or sunset dinner special.
